5.1. After placing an order and dispatching the goods, the Buyer receives a unique tracking number from Emirates Post to track the delivery on their website. The Seller is responsible for providing the tracking number and delivery information to the Buyer.

6. Return and Loss of Goods during Delivery

6.1. In case of loss of goods during delivery, the Seller undertakes to either refund the order's cost or send a replacement in accordance with the return policy.
