Refund Terms

These Return Terms (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") govern the procedure and conditions for the return of goods and services provided by TryThis.ae (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), a company registered and operating in accordance with the legislation of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

1. General Provisions

1.1. The Return Terms are an integral part of agreements and arrangements concluded between the Seller and the Buyer concerning the return of goods and services.

1.2. The Buyer confirms their agreement with the Return Terms by placing an order on the Seller's website.

2. Prohibited Items for Return

2.1. The Seller does not accept the following categories of goods for return: Currency; Artworks; Medicines; Receipts; Antiques; Alcoholic beverages; Traveler's checks; Pharmaceuticals; Tobacco; Money transfers; Firearms; Passports; Payment documents; Animals; Identification documents; Plants; Pornographic materials; Precious metals; Perishable goods; Precious stones; Explosives; Narcotics; Electronic cigarettes; Gambling items (including playing cards); Counterfeit goods; Human remains, including ashes; Hunting trophies, animal parts/remains; Ivory; Imitation explosive devices, ammunition, firearms, cold weapons; Animal fur;

3. Goods Eligible for Return

3.1. Goods eligible for return will be accepted only under the following conditions: Electronics and Mobile Devices: The product must be returned in its original packaging, sealed, and unopened. If the product has been used, the original packaging has been opened, or the original seal has been removed, we will reject the refund and return the product to you, except in cases of manufacturing defects. If the product is not functioning due to a manufacturing defect, the original packaging, informational brochure, and all other accessories must also be returned. Fashion: Clothing items such as underwear, lingerie, swimwear, bras, socks, and tights are not eligible for return. Clothing items are eligible for return only if they have not been used, worn, laundered, or damaged, with all tags and labels intact and in their original packaging. Shoes, eyewear, watches, bags, and luggage must be returned in their original packaging with all tags. Children's Goods: Hygiene-related items, feeding and training accessories, diapers, and bathing and medical supplies are not eligible for return. For children's goods eligible for return, the original packaging must be returned, sealed and unopened. Food Products: All food products are not eligible for return. Stationery and Office Supplies: The product must be returned in its original condition, including all original packaging and materials (manuals, accessories, etc.). Any product that has been used or damaged will not be accepted.

3.2. Items Falling under Categories (as listed below) and Labeled as "Eligible for Return" will be accepted for return by TryThis.ae within the specified return period and subject to the conditions outlined in these terms and conditions. Electronics and Mobile Devices; Beauty and Health; Sports and Outdoor Activities; Toys and Games; Children's Goods; Automotive Goods; Pet Supplies; Stationery and Office Supplies;

4. Return Procedure

4.1. The Buyer has the right to return goods within 15 days from the moment of receiving the order.

4.2. The moment of receiving the order is considered to be when the status "Delivered or its equivalent is assigned, as tracked through the order's tracking number.

4.3. The return of goods is possible only under the condition that the item has not been used, shows no signs of wear and tear or damage to the packaging, and its original appearance is maintained.

4.4. Items eligible for return must be packaged in the original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

4.5. In case of issues with items having a warranty certificate, the Buyer must contact the brand's service center according to the brand's policy. The Seller does not accept such items for return.

5. Return Procedure

5.1. To initiate a return, the Buyer must contact the Seller using the contact information provided in section 7 to receive instructions and authorization for the return.

5.2. Upon receiving the return request, the Seller will provide the Buyer with detailed instructions and provide an address for sending the returned goods.

5.3. The Seller is responsible for inspecting the goods upon their return and may refuse the return if the goods do not meet the specified return conditions.

5.4. The Seller is not responsible for the time it takes for the returned goods to reach the Seller's location from the Buyer's location.

6. Refund Process

6.1. In the event of a successful return, the cost of the goods will be refunded to the Buyer using the same payment method that was used for the original payment.

6.2. After processing the return, it may take up to 14 business days for the funds to be returned to the Buyer using the same payment method that was used for the original payment

7. Liability

7.1. The Seller is not responsible for possible changes in the quality of goods during international delivery.

7.2. The Seller reserves the right to refuse a return if the Buyer violates the Return Policy.

9. Final Provisions

9.1. These Return Terms remain in effect until changed by the Seller. The Buyer agrees to the Return Terms when making payment for the Seller's goods and services.
